How long do I have to return my order?

At USA Skate Shop, we always offer one full year of free returns (does not apply to items bought in stores - see more on your receipt from the store). If you regret your purchase, simply go through the returns process, which you start by clicking the button above.

We recommend that you take good care of the product. The item must have been tried on, but not used to an extent so that it cannot be sold again. Otherwise, you must pay for the depreciation. Just in case, save instructions for use, tags, molded plastic and the like so that we can get it all back if you regret the purchase.

Where should I send my item(s) if I do not want to use USA Skate Shop's return service?

Please note that the return package must be delivered directly to this address. It will not be collected from a parcel shop.

How do I exchange a product?

Can I return all products?

No, not all orders can be returned. You cannot return a service that you had performed on one of your products or a custom product that is specially adapted to your needs. More details: terms of trade.

Will I be refunded the shipping costs?

  1. The shipping costs from USA Skate Shop to the customer are not refunded.

When will I be refunded for my return?

It takes up to 14 working days (Mon-Fri) for your package to arrive and be processed at our warehouse. It usually takes 2-5 banking days before the money is in your account, and in rare cases up to 10 banking days. This depends on the payment method and your bank.
